What had I been without you by my side!
Shall I tell you about lips clung with smiles which long ago had died?
Or shall I mention about the tears who overran in the ocean of my feelings like a tide!
Darkness etched its night on me while I had no cave, no safehouse to hide...
I lost myself in the mist of you..
The world begun to change for the start of new,
If it hadn't been surrounded by the love you sprinkled,
I would place myself in a corner and shrivel with wrinkles...
Because to get something back and if that something was our love; lost...
If it was entangled in the past we couldn't forget at any cost,
Then our fight seemed a fight against our ownselves.
And they turned out to be tall hunks whom we had considered as elves!
'For a life together' we fought a war risibly interesting and impossible to be understood by others,
Proclaimed by them as it won't go any further!
But to end a start, the end had to start...
We met again to axe in the middle of the dart!
