"While The Brute Roams Free"

In the perspect of you from mine,
I presumed the possibility of sketching you ten on ten fine.
But the upshot held me wondering for hours in inafficaciousness,
Yet when I really want to again, i am coaxed in a fearful repress..

And now when I look at my reflection in the mirror of your lie,
Seems like that of bird, in the waters, from the sky...
I can see my self far; distant,
And the transparency of the clarity is obscured; atleast this is what I learnt...

I believed in those sparkling eyes which are always in search of a subject for mischief,
But when the grasp of clutch loosens there is nothing left but grief!
What tricks the trust to adhere the zest of wrong?
And in its journey travel till the end along!

The sayings of old grew staler itself-
To be an astute in the world of depraved crooks is for your own help!
The ingenue is hung in court while the brute roams free,
In this world where justice is under blindfold, how can I expect even you to be true to me?
